Exercise for your health
Exercise most important for your health. Some exercise is very easy and some exercise is very hard. You start an easy exercise. Everyday you practice new exercise. Then your health is very good. Your health is good, then your work is very easy.
Now I am write some exercise:
1. swimming
2. Cycling
3. Outdoor running
4. Push up
This exercise is very hard. Swimming in the best exercise. push up this exercise is very difficult, push up stress in your muscle. So exercise give good health for your life.
